Welcome to the Progressive Voltron
Yesterday we marched again. This time, we marched not only to voice our disgust with the bigoted and self-serving policies of the current regime, but to send them the clear message that we will show up in November to vote them out.
From now until November, NJ-08 for Progress will be directing its efforts toward channeling this energy to make New Jersey a truly blue state. Working with groups like Action Together New Jersey, Blue Wave, and Swing Left, we will be providing opportunities for those of us in "safely blue" districts like the 8th (and 10th) to volunteer for Democratic congressional campaigns in those New Jersey districts that are currently represented by Republicans.
And we need you, and all progressive voices in our area, to join us in the Progressive Voltron.
There are currently five Republicans representing New Jersey districts. We want to remove all of them from office, and replace them with truly progressive Democrats. And from everything we have seen in 2017 and now in 2018, if we work together, we can do it. Here's where we will get to work:
NJ-11: Represented by Rodney Frelinghuysen.

We also need to protect one vulnerable Democratic district:
NJ-5: Represented by Josh Gottheimer
In these regular email updates, we will be providing information on upcoming events and volunteer opportunities in which we can all join. This week, we only have one, but we anticipate more and more arriving as November passes.
